Please note :
We only have one therapist available at BH location, so we can only take one person at a time.so it will be back-to-back appointments for multiple guests.
At the Pasadena or Newport Beach locations, If you would like to make an appointment for two or more people at the same time, Please be sure to contact us before making your appointments.
We will find you of available times that you can make appointments for at the same time.
For clients:
with gift certificates with less than the total amount of your booking, please give us a call so we can assist you with your booking.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please contact us 12 hours prior if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid cancellation fee.
Our cancellation fee is the full amount of your booking.
The Cancellations made up to 12 hours prior the appointment time will not be charged a cancellation fee
But Our booking system is a prepayment system, You will be charged for a "refund transaction fee" for any refund.
It is 2.9% + $0.30 of the full amount.
No fee for Rescheduling.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Session ends as scheduled regardless of your time of arrival. You won’t be able to change your booking to shorter menu when you are late for the appointment.
